Sweepstakes FAQs

Can I be both a Fast Start Winner and Grand Prize winner?

Yes. If you are one of the first one hundred accounting firms to meet the Fast Start Criteria, you will also qualify for a chance to win one of the Make the Switch Sweepstakes Grand Prizes. Refer at least one new Clover POS referral during the Sweepstakes Period and you’ll also qualify for a chance to win one of the Sweepstakes Grand Prizes. Limit one Fast Start and one Grand Prize, if applicable, per person per firm.

Can I still qualify for a chance to win a prize if my firm isn’t one of the first one hundred to meet the Fast Start Criteria?

Absolutely! Any accounting firm meeting the eligibility criteria during the Sweepstakes Period for either Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be entered for a chance to win. There is no limit on the number of entries you can receive, so the more clients you refer to ADP, the better your chances of winning can become.

For the Grand Prizes, how many entries will I receive for my client referrals?

Make referrals based on the following criteria for a chance to win a Grand Prize:
I. Earn one (1) entry for every new client you refer that begins processing payroll with ADP during the Sweepstakes Period of Aug. 29 through Oct. 30, 2025. If the client is changing their payroll services to ADP from another payroll provider, that entry is worth double and will count as two (2) entries. Example: Refer five (5) total clients to ADP — one (1) client is a new business starting payroll for the first time, and the other four (4) are switching to ADP from another national payroll provider. Receive nine (9) total sweepstakes entries.

II: Refer at least one (1) new client that begins processing payroll with ADP during the Sweepstakes Period of Aug. 29 through Oct. 30, 2025, then receive one (1) entry for each referral to ADP during the Sweepstakes Period of a new Clover business client located in the United States that signs, electronically or otherwise, a point of sale (POS) service agreement with Fiserv, Inc. during the Sweepstakes Period that does not already have an existing Fiserv Clover POS account.

Can I switch my clients to ADP from any payroll provider?

In almost all cases, yes. When switching payroll providers, your ADP sales associate will work with you and your client to collect the necessary data we need from the previous provider to help you seamlessly transition the payroll to ADP.

How much revenue can I earn for referring my clients to ADP?

Payouts for each client vary on a number of factors, including payroll package, number of employees and pay frequency. Here are some approximate examples7 of how much you can earn as a Program member for referring your small business clients to ADP for payroll and other eligible solutions:

Which ADP solutions are eligible to receive an entry?

RUN Powered by ADP®, RUN Powered by ADP® Payroll for Partners, ADP Workforce Now®, ADP TotalSource® and WorkMarket® by ADP units will count toward the total number of eligible entries.
