As inflation continues to be a cause for concern around the world, a global cost-of-living crisis has emerged, fuelling the demand for pay rises. From the study, we uncovered that:
- 62% of workers received a pay rise last year, averaging a real-term pay cut of 6.4%
- 44% of workers still feel they are underpaid
- 83% of workers anticipate a pay rise in the next 12 months, with an average expected increase of 8.3%

The study reveals that 67% of workers feel empowered to take advantage of flexible working arrangements. Different working arrangements affect job satisfaction, with hybrid workers being the most satisfied (41%) and on-premise workers being the least satisfied (31%).
